Who we are
Chris Coffey Construction was born out of a deep love for building spaces that feel rooted in their environment — places where craftsmanship, creativity, and natural beauty come together. With decades of experience across diverse landscapes and architectural styles, Chris brings a rare blend of precision, artistry, and adaptability to every project.
Chris’s building journey has taken him from the historic neighborhoods of New Orleans and the antebellum homes along the Mississippi Gulf Coast to the steep hillsides of Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood — and even to a custom home build in the US Virgin Islands. Whether working on a remote off-grid cabin or restoring the character of a century-old mansion, he brings the same thoughtful attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Chris worked as a Data Scientist and Geospatial Analyst with the U.S. Department of Defense, BlueLens, and as a Professional Consultant. That background brings a unique depth to his approach — combining technical precision with a strong sense of place and spatial awareness.
When he’s not building, you’ll likely find Chris outside — canoeing a quiet river, hiking into the backcountry, skiing fresh snow, or camping under the stars. He's also an avid musician, always finding inspiration in the rhythm and harmony of both nature and craft. For Chris, every project is more than a structure — it's a story, a connection, and a reflection of the land it stands on.
